New Class:
RISK REDUCTION
Decrease your exposure & Limit your liability

In this class we will carefully analyze the sources of transactional liability and learn how to limit them. Through a process oriented, hands-on, class environment we will learn techniques that reveal vulnerabilities to legal exposure. As we now know, loan originators are required to fully inform customers about the nature and risks of each of their reasonable loan options. Through a series of exercises this class will help you meet the informed consent requirement.

Some evaluations from students who attended this class:

"The risk reduction class was excellent. Kevin's delivery taught us all the inner mechanics of efficient communicative techniques so I can stay out of trouble with the law."

"I expected a class where the teacher was going to say "do this, don't do that." Instead, I learned how to really listen to my clients."

"Excellent process oriented class."

"This class kicked my butt. I haven't really attended many continuing ed classes that made me take an honest look at my own practices in such a way as to minimize the risks I had been taking."

"Wow! I learned my growth opportunities in how I deal with clients, and how I can approve the skills I need to explain the government required disclosure forms, and listen carefully to my client's questions."

"I learned that I don't always listen as well as I could and if I don't listen very well, I may miss an important client fact that could create liability for me."

"As a new loan originator, I feel like I've been given a gift that the other more experienced LOs in the room had not been given until this point in their career. Thank you, Kevin."

"This class helped me understand and clarified the mistakes I make when I interact with clients. I need to listen better so I can fully understand what they need. I learned that if I don't do this, I am greatly increasing my legal liability."
