Now available:
Computerized practice exams for your WA State Loan Originator or Designated Broker exam.

Our live, instructor-led course will help new or newer loan originators become familiar with mortgage lending fundamentals.

This all-day class is approved for Continuing Education in Wa State

Join us for an interactive, lively day as we take on the fundamentals of mortgage lending.  Students will be given reading assignments to be completed ahead of time. You will work in small groups to solve real-life case studies, network with your colleagues, and have fun learning about how mortgage loans are put together.

For new Loan Originators, we recommend three classes that can be taken before you take your LO Exam:

Mortgage Fundamentals

Loan Originator Exam Prep

Ethics in Mortgage Lending

You can select from a variety of dates for each of these classes.

Regular Pricing:

Fundamentals: $195
Exam Prep: $150
Ethics: $75

When you pay for all three at the same time, you pay $395.  Watch for the "Internet Special" button when you're getting ready to pay.
