In this course we will cover the Mortgage Broker Practices Act and all Washington State and Federal Laws applicable to the exam. You will take many practice exams throughout the day. 

Please note: For 2007 and the first half of 2008, you will be taking this course alongside loan originators who must pass their LO exam by 12/31/07.
