Owners and managers need to stay on top of state and federal regulatory requirements, as well as the duties and responsibilities  wholesale lenders place upon them in the origination and sale of mortgage loans. This half-day review will suggest office policies and procedures designed to protect the business against potential legal challenges, having to manage buy-back requests from lenders, and managing compliance audit reviews.
